With the fall of the Third Reich and the rise of the mysterious Green Vault, Axis forces have unified into a single, monolithic war machine. While the true ambitions of their leaders remain hidden behind layers of secrecy and misdirection, the goal of the average Axis soldier is brutally simple: survive, and drive back the enemies closing in from all sides.

This Axis Starter Army is the perfect way to begin your Konflikt ’47 collection, delivering a complete, battle-ready force packed with cutting-edge technology in one box. It is also the first opportunity to acquire two brand-new war machines before they are released separately.

At the core of the force is an Assault Platoon consisting of three Stahltruppen and five Nachtalben. Encased in heavy armour, the Stahltruppen are exceptionally resilient and can shrug off small-arms fire as they push relentlessly into the enemy. The Nachtalben, meanwhile, are fast-moving nightmares, combining the tactical intelligence of elite soldiers with monstrous, genetically enhanced bodies.

Supporting the infantry is an Armoured Platoon. Ranging ahead of the line is the Vogelspinne Light Panzermech, a highly mobile and versatile walker that can be outfitted with a wide range of weaponry to suit different battlefield roles. Alongside it strides the Panzer IV Ausf. X, a terrifying six-legged walking tank that combines the proven Panzer IV chassis with a Schwerefeld gravitational projector, allowing it to obliterate infantry and enemy vehicles both at range and in brutal close combat.

Commanding the force is an exclusive Axis Platoon Commander, available only in this box. Wearing the same massive armour as the Stahltruppen, this officer’s leadership abilities can decisively shift the flow of battle, and he is more than capable in hand-to-hand combat.

Konflikt ’47 is a fast-paced, cinematic tabletop wargame of heroes, horrors, monsters, and mechs. With fluctuating Rift energies and the ever-present fog of war, no two battles unfold the same way, and victory is never guaranteed.
