Additional charges may apply when the volume or weight of the items requires it, or if the delivery must be made to a more remote area. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will have the option to accept or decline the additional charges before the order is shipped.
Returns are at your expense. Please note that only sealed, unopened items may be returned.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Paint, glue, and other similar consumable hobby products
- Brushes and other similar hobby tools/accessories
- Basing products
- Trading card game (TCG) products
- Collectible items, such as HeroClix boosters, collectible miniatures, etc.
- Rulebooks, campaign books, and similar publications
