Dr Blight is a dirty rat in every sense of the word! He injects his subjects with mysterious concoctions, filling them with venom and toxins. Whether they like it or not, everyone is one of his test subjects! His unparalleled scientific expertise enhances the effects of all Poison Tokens in the ring. Though he avoids getting his paws dirty, his long stilts let him stride over wrestlers and toxic puddles alike.

Accompanying him is a single Lab Rat, one of his latest “experiments.” What has Dr Blight done to this unfortunate creature? It could be steroids, growth serum, or maybe just another cosmetic trial. (Note: RUMBLESLAM does not condone animal testing!)
