The Vatican has discovered how to create its own miracles. By harnessing the power of the Rent and channeling it into Altar Boys through sacred ritual, priests demonstrate the terrifying might of their faith. To them, these manifestations are proof of divine sanction, but to the outside world, the ‘Angels’ are grotesque, morbid abominations, a reflection of the Vatican’s own corruption.

This set is led by a Throne, its soul trapped within interlocking rings, eyes protruding in every direction, infernal fire contained barely within, and angelic wings sprouting from its center. Two Cherubim depict Altar Boys undergoing agonizing transformation, each limb warped one by one in excruciating pain. Finally, the Divine Seraphim represents the completed ‘miracle,’ a fully formed and horrifying angelic abomination.
