The malignant Twilight Kin Impalers are born of twisted experiments: towering dark elf warriors imprisoned within baroque suits of armour. Like the cruel spikes of an iron maiden, obsidian needles line the interior, infusing the elf with the power of the Void while the armour’s design lures entities to infest it.

More females survived the process, though the chosen elves became forever fused with their armour, achieving a perfect symbiosis with the Void’s essence. These Impalers grow in size and strength, wielding massive weapons no ordinary elf could lift. Even the mighty Soulbanes have undergone the procedure to attain such terrifying power.
