The Xirkaali Lionsnarl Cavalry are the shock troops of the Xirkaali horde, thundering into battle atop massive, corrupted hunting cats bred in the sorcerously tainted lands of the Chinlun region. These fearsome mounts are powerful enough to carry even the largest fully armoured hemicyons, making them ideal platforms for devastating cavalry assaults.

Hemicyons are far too large for ordinary horses, but Lionsnarls are bred specifically for war, boasting immense strength, speed, and resilience. Many are fitted with elaborate barding, giving the unit its distinctive name and offering additional protection in combat. The riders arm themselves much like hemicyon infantry, favouring swords and axes over spears or lances, excelling in brutal close combat.

Deployed in fast-moving squadrons, Lionsnarl Cavalry can smash through enemy lines, tear apart weakened formations, and leave survivors broken and helpless before the advancing Xirkaali horde.
