Fielded in large numbers by the French Army, the Renault R35 was a small but well-armoured infantry support tank designed to replace the aging FT-17. Though slow and cramped with its two-man crew, the R35’s thick 43mm armour and low-velocity 37mm gun made it well suited for supporting infantry formations during the early stages of WWII.

The R35 saw widespread service, not just with France, but also with German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, and Yugoslavian forces.

This kit includes one resin and metal Renault R35 light tank, a metal tank crewman, stat cards, damage markers, a decal sheet, and an order dice.
