The Hydra Beckons is the second box delving into the forces Mother Hydra employs to enforce her will in the Floating City. Led by a terrifying Mature Kraken—grown from ravenous Infant Krakens that gorge on the people of Venice—this set showcases the horrors that rise from the depths. With powerful tentacles, the Mature Kraken drags unsuspecting victims beneath the waters.

A Half-Breed is the result of a disastrous (or successful) octopus-human hybridisation, wielding both arms and tentacles to slam enemies and pull them toward their doom. The Aglaope serves as a swift support unit with the Mage ability, while the Sirena blends into the streets of Venice by imitating the appearance of a Barnabotti—making it easier than ever to lure victims into the open.
