After Vlad’s attack on San Servolo, a new wing of the Ospedale was opened under Dr. Lucieta Bollani, tasked with perfecting the study of blood—especially the fusion of Strigoi blood and madness energy. The Unholy Union was only the beginning; the Doctors of the Blood have since pushed necromantic science to terrifying levels. Using the Elixir of Death extracted from the captured Strigoi Elsebeth, they have enabled test subjects to regrow limbs and even reanimate corpses into horrific hollowmen.

This box is led by a Doctor of the Blood, adept at manipulating blood and madness energies. Supporting them is an Apprentice Doctor, while a Shackled Feaster uses Blood Magic to regenerate lost limbs as it tears into enemies. Finally, two Ghouls—unstable hollowmen infused with the Elixir—bring feral brutality to the gang.
