Breakthroughs in American repulsorlift Rift technology have allowed soldiers to soar across the battlefield in great bounding leaps or descend safely from aircraft under full control. With this technology, US Airborne paratroopers have been reborn as the Fireflies – elite shock troops deployed wherever lightning speed and surgical precision are required.

Fireflies are used to strike deep behind enemy lines or spearhead American assaults. Only the bravest and most physically capable soldiers survive Firefly training, and their missions are among the most dangerous imaginable.

This plastic boxed set contains 18 multi-part US Fireflies, armed with a versatile selection of weapons including M1X Thompson Rift submachine guns, deadly flamethrowers, and anti-tank rocket launchers. The kit is packed with extra components such as alternate heads, additional equipment, and a choice of flying or grounded legs, offering exceptional poseability and near-endless modelling possibilities. The level of detail on these miniatures is outstanding, making them a joy to assemble, customize, and paint.

On the Konflikt ’47 tabletop, Fireflies are among the finest Specialist Infantry available to United States forces. Their Regroup in Hell! Rift ability grants them unparalleled tactical mobility, allowing them to strike hard at close range and disengage before the enemy can respond. However, commanders should take care to keep these lightly armoured troops away from concentrated anti-infantry fire.
