The miniatures are highly customizable. The Rotbringer Sorcerer includes a choice of two heads: one human and one mutated fly head. The Beast of Nurgle offers multiple options for the belly, hands, feet, faces, tentacles, and tongues. Nurglings can be assembled in dozens of different configurations. The Rotmire Creed includes a Witherlord champion, weapon options across the unit, and multiple build choices for champions and specialists.

This kit comprises 161 plastic components and includes 6x Citadel 40mm Round Bases, 6x Citadel 25mm Round Bases, 3x Citadel 32mm Round Bases, 2x Citadel 28.5mm Round Bases, and 1x Citadel 60mm Round Base.
