Every kit offers extensive customization options. The Commissar can be armed with either a chainsword or power sword. Cadian Shock Troops include multiple special weapons, Sergeant equipment, a vox-caster, over 20 head options, and numerous battlefield accessories. The Cadian Command Squad can field specialists, veterans, medics, bodyguards, and heavy weapon experts with a wide variety of weapon combinations and decorative components.

The Field Ordnance Teams can each be equipped with a Bombast Field Gun, Malleus Rocket Launcher, or Heavy Lascannon, while the Basilisk and Rogal Dorn Battle Tank both feature multiple weapon loadouts, optional upgrades, cosmetic accessories, and alternate crew configurations.
